TTO Ticket Hub

Welcome to the TTO Ticket Hub — your one place to raise and follow TTO requests. To open a new request, select Submit a Ticket and fill in the form: choose the TTV Type and Request Type, give your request a clear title, set the market relevance and priority, and add any details, deadlines, or files that will help us act on it. Once you submit, your ticket is created automatically under your name — there's nothing else to fill in. To check progress, go to My Tickets, where you'll see all the requests you've submitted along with their current status. Open any ticket to view its full details and timeline, and use the comment box there to add an update or reply — your message is added straight to the ticket so the handling team sees it right away. If you need help that doesn't fit a ticket, use Contact Us.

Tere tulemast TTO Ticket Hub'i — sinu keskne koht TTO päringute esitamiseks ja jälgimiseks. Uue päringu avamiseks vali Submit a Ticket ja täida vorm: vali TTV tüüp ja päringu tüüp, anna päringule selge pealkiri, määra turu asjakohasus ja prioriteet ning lisa kõik detailid, tähtajad või failid, mis aitavad meil päringuga tegeleda. Pärast esitamist luuakse Ticket automaatselt sinu nime alla — rohkem ei pea midagi täitma. Edenemise jälgimiseks mine My Tickets alla, kus näed kõiki enda esitatud päringuid koos nende hetkeseisuga. Ava ükskõik milline Ticket, et näha selle täielikke andmeid ja ajajoont, ning kasuta seal olevat kommentaarikasti, et lisada täiendus või vastus — sinu sõnum lisatakse otse Ticketile, nii et tegelev meeskond näeb seda kohe.
